Common questions

• I'm not getting my sign-in code. Make sure the number is entered with the right country code and that you have signal. Tap Resend codeafter a few seconds. Codes expire — request a fresh one if it's been a while.
• Add another way to sign in. Go to Profile → Add account to link Apple, Google, or a phone number to the same account. They all keep you as the same person; your chats and contacts stay put.
• Block or report someone. Open the conversation, tap the name/header for details, and choose Block or Report. Reports are reviewed and blocked users can't message you.
• Delete your account. Go to Profile → Settings (advanced) → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and messages.
